Rachel E. Radspinner

Rachel focuses her practice on counseling estate and trust administration clients, as well as on estate planning for individuals and families.  She has significant experience in the intricacies of income and estate tax law, and proficiently applies this knowledge to the areas of estate planning and administration.

Her representation of clients includes both fiduciaries and beneficiaries, the preparation of individual and fiduciary income tax returns, federal estate and gift tax returns, and advising regarding the disposition of family-owned real property and business entities.  Rachel is passionate about ensuring both the proper and efficient administration of estate planning instruments and providing clients with practical solutions to complex circumstances.

Rachel has lived in Virginia Beach for the past 5 years.  She originally is from Roanoke, and after hitting a number of the major East Coast cities (Washington, D.C., New York City, and Philadelphia), she returned to Virginia to practice law.
